Your day sheet is in your pocket, and it is up to date.

One space for every organisation you work with, and on the day everything stays readable with no signal. Nothing to install: the invitation arrives by email, the space opens in your browser and adds itself to your home screen if you want it to.

  • Your offers, and your answer

A company offers you a date: you accept it or you decline it, and you can say why. Your answer reaches the production office immediately — no more “did you say yes?” three weeks later.

  • The running order for the day

Load-in time, soundcheck, curtain up. The venue contact, callable in one tap. The technical documents, readable even with no signal once the assignment has been opened.

  • When you are not available

Declare the days you are away, or only available on hold. The companies you are attached to take it into account before offering you a date — no more declining three times in the same week.

  • Your certifications, up to date

Electrical, forklift, first aid, working at height, fire safety, HGV licence: with their expiry dates and their supporting documents. You are warned before a certification runs out, and the alert never blocks you.

What belongs to you

Your profile is yours, not the company's

Your skills, your certifications and their supporting documents are attached to you, not to the organisation that added you. They follow you from one company to the next, and you alone change them: an organisation can suggest a qualification to you; you are the one who accepts or declines it.

A company that adds you sees, at first, only what it entered itself and your email address. The rest becomes visible to them only once you agree to it.

Any dietary requirements you have are never shown to the other people in the portal. They are there for the production office to organise meals, and for nothing else.

Two things to know

You cannot open an account on your own. A company attaches you and invites you: without an invitation there is nothing to create here. If the tool is of interest to you, it is your production office you need to talk to — this page is made to be forwarded.

There is no weekend on-call. RoadShow is in alpha, built by one person. The running order for the day stays readable on your phone even with no signal, once the assignment has been opened — but if something breaks on a Saturday night, it will not be fixed before Monday. Better that you know before you depend on it.
